Casa Lavella is a four bedroom semi-detached villa with private pool in Branqueira, just north of Olhos d'Agua and five minutes drive from Praia da Oura. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with two full bathrooms and one en-suite shower room. The sitting/dining room has a television, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. The pool is surrounded by a large terraced area and lawned area. The villa is close to local amenities with a mini market and bar within walking distance. There are several sandy beaches within a few minutes drive. Just a short drive away is Praia da Oura and Albufeira. Guia, the home of the famously delicious chicken piri-piri, is approximately three miles away. 'Algarve Shopping', a large hypermarket is approximately three miles away and apart from its large number of shops has a nine screen cinema and bowling alley. Golf lovers will rise to the challenge of Salgados golf course, only a mile from the villa or, alternatively, the 9-hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs course on the east side of Albufeira. For the children, there is a selection of water slide parks within easy driving distance as well as the Zoomarine Aquarium and Dolphin Centre where you can even book to swim with the dolphins. Culture seekers have some interesting sites to explore such as Silves, Lagos and the Roman ruins at Milreu. | ||||||
