Located on Bell's Wynd, a traditional Edinburgh Close leading from the High Street (central Royal Mile) this apartment and its sister apartment (Holyrood Apartment, Anne House)occupy the whole top floor (third) of this modern building. The apartment has an open outlook over a residential and traffic free square.
There is a secure entry door and intercom at ground level, and a carpeted stairway leads to the apartment(s).

Anne House Apartments are all within 2 minutes walk of:
St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Office, Mary King’s Close, open top city tour buses, historical walks and ghost tours. Tours to other parts of Scotland e.g. Loch Ness and the Highlands. Award winning restaurants, bistros, cafes, clubs and pubs also close by.

Within 5 minutes walk to Edinburgh University, Princes Street, Gardens, Waverley*** and great shops.

Within 7 minutes walk to Edinburgh Castle.

Although a city centre location Edinburgh is also close to excellent beaches and has many golf courses within the city.

Scotland's capital also makes a good base for day trips to other parts of the country and the North of England eg Hadrian's Wall.
