Villa Marianna is a six bedroom air-conditioned villa with private heated pool located just outside the picturesque village of Porches. The villa lies just off the main road, midway between Alcantarilha and Lagoa. The town and beaches of Armacao de Pera are just a few minutes away by car towards the coast road.

Accommodation consists of a master bedroom with super king size bed, three double/twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms

The sitting room has sky television, DVD surround sound and a music machine.

There is a games room with table tennis table, pool and snooker table, football table, badminton net and music centre located under the kitchen terrace

The fully-fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. There are a further two washing machines located in the pool room.

The villa is set in twenty one thousand square feet of gardens. The pool can be heated and is surrounded by terraces and a barbecue area. There is a wonderful gazebo in the garden providing a lovely setting for dining al fresco.

The village of Porches is located half a mile from the villa and is a pretty little village with a handful of good restaurants and bars. The town of Armacao de Pera offers a larger selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

There are a number of beautiful beaches along the coastline close to Porches, and you might find one or two undiscovered little coves.

There are some super golf courses in either direction and water slide parks and Zoomarine for the children within a very short drive.
