Casa Mia is a three bedroom villa with private pool situated in the traditional Portuguese village of Pera which is between Armacao De Pera and Albufeira. The villa is south facing and the bedrooms and sitting room face out onto open countryside with views to the sea. Accommodation consists of three bedrooms with two single beds in each that can be adjusted with a sliding mechanism to make them into king size beds if required. The master bedroom has a large private roof terrace, a television and music machine. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher amongst its appliances. The villa has a games room in the cellar with a television, DVD player, table tennis table, table football, darts board and exercise machines The sitting room is air-conditioned and there is satellite television and a DVD player. There is a log fire for the cooler months. French doors lead out to a large terrace and this leads down to and overlooks the pool area. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers around the pool in addition to an outside shower. The gardens are well maintained. There is a paper shop, restaurants and local bars all within a two minute walk of the villa. Within a five minute drive is the beach town of Armacao de Pera with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is a ten minute drive from the Salgados golf course and the new Amendoeira golf course. The Big One water slide park is a short drive away as is Zoo Marine. The nearest beach is a forty minute walk or five minutes by car. | ||||||
