Villa Bela Vista is situated in the hills just above Almancil, boasting spectacular views over the Algarvian coast. Set on 3,000 square metres of land, this beautiful villa ensures total privacy. It is located six kilometres from the beach. Faro Airport is a fifteen-minute drive and Europe’s finest golf courses and less than five minutes away. There are supermarkets nearby and restaurants ranging from Portuguese, French, Brazilian, German, and Italian cuisine. There are water slide parks, go-karting circuits, water sports, horse riding and tennis all within easy reach. The Ria Formosa natural park is not far from the villa. Facing south to the coast and set in established landscaped gardens, the villa gets plenty of sun and there is ample furniture outside for your comfort and relaxation. There is a large stone dining table, a games table and a built in barbecue. The property has extensive covered terraces, ideal for the al-fresco lifestyle of the Algarve summers. Bela Vista has a gorgeous swimming pool (9.50m x 4.50) with underwater night-lights, enclosed lawned areas that are particularly safe for children and a child’s swing. Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, all with ceiling fans to provide comfort during the hot Algarve nights. The main bedroom has double French windows leading onto a large terraced balcony with views to the coast. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The twin has double French doors leading onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has, amongst its appliances, a washing machine with built in dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a large dinning room table with views over the valley. Bela Vista has digital satellite television, music systems and an extensive collection of books and games. Maid service is provided three times a week. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Clients are asked to provide their own beach towels. There is under floor heating for the cooler months that is charged as an extra. | ||||||
