Villa Monteiro is a three bedroom villa which is walking distance to Albufeira Old Town, Praia da Oura’s Strip and the beach Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. Two of the bedrooms have stunning views over Albufeira and the sea. The villa also has an additional shower room. The sitting room is spacious and has a log fire for the cooler months and there is a television and DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for six and French doors leading out on to the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. The pool is 8x4 metres and set in a small but well maintained garden with lawn and there is ample furniture for al fresco dining, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue. The villa has private parking for two cars. The villa has a security alarm and safety deposit box. Linen and towels are provided although clients are requested to take their own beach towels. Maid service is provided twice a week. | ||||||
