Local Area Information:

Playa Blanca has 3 beaches.
The town beach, the Flamingo beach to the right and Playa Dorada to the left. All are within easy walking distance from the bungalow. The town has many fine fish restaurants and many shops and supermarkets to suit all tastes.
A short drive away is the famous Papaguayo beach and also the breath taking views of El Golfo.
Spend a day visting the volcanoe Timanfaya and take a ride on a camel across the mountains. There is a vibrant market every Saturday morning in Playa Blanca and you can pick up bargains there for your souvenirs and presents for those at home. You can take the ferry to Fuertaventura for another great day out.

Directions

Take to LZ-2 to Yaiza. Proceed to Playa Blanca. At second roundabout on approach to Playa Blanca take a right towards the Port (Puerto/Muelle) Casas Del Sol is on your right 1/2 mile along this road . Park in car park to right of reception.
