The accommodation is quietly situated on the 4th (top) floor of an Art Deco building. The building is served by two lifts, a resident's swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and laundry room. Lothian House is centrally located with Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Princes Street, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and shopping within a short walk. Double glazed and with central heating and solid oak flooring throughout, the apartment has one bedroom with either twin or double beds and pure cotton bedding for your comfort. The sitting room is bright and spacious and has double sofa bed, coal effect gas fire, TV / video, CD / hifi player and a desk / workspace where you can connect your laptop. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. The bathroom has bath tub and shower. The apartment may be booked for short stays from three days, prices starting at £240. During the Edinburgh Festival the minimum stay is seven nights. At Christmas and New Year the minimum stay is five nights. Weekly lets can be started on any day. Please note weekly prices are for 1-2 people. For 3-4 people an additional charge of £10-£30 per night will be made for the sofa bed. A travel cot can be provided free of charge.
