The appartment is located half-way between Antibes and Juan les Pins.
Therefor within walking distance you can explore the beautiful old town of Antibes with the colourful markets, gastronomical restaurants and the famous Picasso museum. On the other side you can walk to Juan les Pins with it's bars, discos, casino, pizzerias and nightlife.
All shops, supermarket, baker, pharmacy, laundry, kiosk etc. are within 3 minutes walking.
The appartment has been entirely redecorated in a provencial style. From the terrace on the 6th floor you enjoy a beautiful panoramic view on the sea and the mountains (no direct seaview).
The apartment (40m²) + terrace (10m²) is well organized - it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, since it has one main bedroom with a french doubled bed, and a second small bedroom with a bunkbed (a sleeping cabin, typical for french holiday apartments). In the living area the sofa is convertible and can be used as Extra-bed if needed.
The kitchen is seperate, and has a cooking plate, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee-machine & kettle.
The bathroom has a seperate toilette
