Villa das Oliveiras is a five bedroom villa sitting in an acre of beautiful fragrant gardens and is approached via a calçada drive lined with Algarvian indiginous olive trees in this fabulous beach front location at Martinhal. The villa has a private heated pool. Every room in this fabulous villa has magnificent ocean views. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor opening onto a first floor terrace with sea views. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor, another being a suite and three twins, all opening out onto the garden. These share a bathroom and there is an additional cloakroom. The villa has a huge living room and there is satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two ovens, two fridges, a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine amongst its appliances. The kitchen opens directly onto an al-fresco barbecue area. The gardens are in the region of one acre and are mature yet natural. There is a private gateway which opens onto a path leading directly to the beach. This villa has two fantastic barbecue areas, one on the first floor, directly off the kitchen and the other is a covered al-fresco dining area seating ten, with gas barbecue, drinks fridge and dishwasher. There are even cables in this area to plug in your ipod so that you can enjoy music outside. The villa was built by a family with small children and has a wrought iron safety fence across the back of the villa providing pool safety for children. The villa is approached through electronic gates and there is plenty of parking. The villa is just a minute's walk from Martinhal Beach, a beautiful unspoilt sandy beach with two beach bars. It is a world-class location for wind-surfing and body boarding. In addition there are a further twenty two beaches within a fifteen minute drive which is why none of the beaches ever seem that crowded, even in August Sagres is located on the most South-West tip of Europe. The area is unspoilt and surrounded by miles and miles of Natural Park. Sagres Village is a fishing village with a very "surfy" theme and a good selection of restaurants (particularly seafood) and great bars. | ||||||
