The villa also has a telephone and wireless broadband. The interior is warm and comfortable with generously proportioned rooms. The property has a homely feel and is very well equipped with Sky television, DVD player, board games and telephone/fax machine. Accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area with open fireplace and en-suite shower room. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, with very large beds, open fire place and en-suite dressing room and bathroom. The sitting/dining room is spacious and has an open fire and opens onto a partly covered terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a microwave and dishwasher amongst its appliances. There is a separate larger with large fridge freezer. A back door leads out to a barbecue terrace. There is a separate cloakroom with washing machine. This elegant rural villa is particularly well suited to families, and its hilltop position amongst two hectares of farmland offers views of the coast within easy reach of beaches and golf courses. The villa is surrounded by terraces and a lawned garden, framed by almond, olive and citrus trees. The pretty swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace and has a separate shallow area for children. There is an outdoor shower and a charming outdoor covered barbeque and dining terrace at the rear of the property. For two families wishing to maintain a degree of independence but wanting to be near each we also have Casa das Laranjeiras next door (about 150 metres away), which will accommodate a further six guests. This part of Portugal is well known for its pretty countryside and nature walks, sleepy white washed villages with friendly locals and reasonably priced restaurants and bars. There are several places of interest to visit nearby such as the village of Alte, the Baroque palace of Estoi, and the market town of Loulé. There is a housekeeper six days a week and if you would like personal laundry, baby sitting or cooking, this can be arranged | ||||||
