Properties will be ordered in customer searches by the date their availability calendar was last updated, this means that properties with the most up to date availability will appear first in searches. There are 3 basic reasons for this ordering system: Help yourself 1. By having an up to date availability calendar you will cut down on the number of customer enquiries coming through to you for dates that are already booked. This will obviously cut down on the number of telephone calls and emails you need to send informing potential customers that your accommodation isn't available. Help potential customers 2. Offering accurate availability information will be appreciated by LateLet customers, saving them time enquiring after properties with no availability. There will be nothing more frustrating than finding a property with availability for the dates required only to discover that they had failed to maintain their calendar. Get priority listing 3. It is in our interest to display the most up to date property adverts to LateLet visitors ahead of others, customers should be able to find a suitable property without having to trudge through dozens of properties. We do not want customer to see properties adverts that haven't been updated for months as this does nothing for the reputation or credibility of LateLet.com. This means that properties with availability may lose out if they do not update their calendar on a regular basis. The updating process will take a matter of seconds and should be done at least once a month as a new month will appear on the calendar at the beginning of each month. To help remind you we will send an email at the beginning of each month with a link through to your calendar, you will simply need your login password for this process. Link to your calendar from your own website We understand that you may advertise through other services similar to LateLet.com and that keeping your calendar up to date may become a chore. This is why we allow you to link to your LateLet calendar from any other site, the calendar will be totally clear from any LateLet branding, click here to see a sample calendar. on your site in conjunction with your price guide. Consistency By using and updating only one calendar for your holiday property and linking to it from different sites not only cuts down on the amount of updating you need to concern yourself with but also keeps a consistency between all the sites.
